Plenty of facilities, but these were at extra cost. The rudness of the staff, particularly the concierge. The room was very small with very little daylight. The breakfast was in a very crowded room with long ques and was poorly serviced. |

The desk clerk was very friendly and most helpful. We had a great room high up overlooking the Obelisk. Very busy hotel with two small lifts. Breakfast was very crowded and difficult to get around the tables. |

The free use of the sauna and jacuzzi, the internet was really fast and the location is great! We were given a room on the first floor which they say was newly renovated so the room looks new. I don't know about the other rooms on the other floors. The things that I didn't like were the beddings and the shower stall which was very, very small. The coverlet was kinda shabby and worn-out. The white linens underneath were very thin but other than that, we enjoyed our stay. |

The hotel was excelent. The breakfast was very nice and the general areas of the hotel were excelent. Free internet and a excelent location, just in front of the Obelisco. Very helpful staff. Sauna and many kinds of baths free in the spa. Obviously recomended. Our room was not a 4 star room. There was no view in the room at all. |

localizacao. O site do hotel nao mostra a realidade , cafe da manha pessimo tudo jogado no buffet , a recepcao lhe atende com extremo descaso, tivemos sorte do quarto ser reformado pois os antigos nao sao bons e para finalizar a parte de recreacao esta tudo interligado a sauna-piscina-micro academia e com um detalhe os hospedes do sexo masculino ficam de roupao de sauna tudo junto com os demais. De ligging van het hotel was fantastisch.Het eten in het restaurant was prima. Zo ook het ontbijtbuffet. De badkamer was sterk verouderd. De geluidsisolatie was niet optimaal. |

La ubicación Falló la alimentación eléctrica y no había sistemas de respaldo ante la emergencia, ni siquiera de iluminación en la caja de escalas. La atención en el proceso de check out es muy lenta y con gran congestión de pasajeros al ser tan temprano (cierre a las 10 hrs am), se requerirían al menos 2 cajas de atención. |

La ubicación es excelente y la atencion del personal muy buena. El servicio de restaurante tambien fue bueno. Permaneci en una habitacion standar doble, pero para uso individual. La misma no estuvo acorde a la categoria del hotel y al precio y no cumplio mis expectativas. Deberían mejorar la limpieza y mantenimiento de las alfombras o reemplazarlas y el mobiliario, que es antiguo y poco coordinado, al menos en la habitacion en la que estuve. En las actuales condiciones no me atreveria a recomendarlo |
